Free — and nothing leaves your browser

The file everything runs on has outgrown itself.

It started as a spreadsheet. It quietly became the system the business depends on. Drop it in and we will read it — here, on your own machine — and tell you plainly what it is carrying, and what could carry it instead.

Recognition

You already know which file this is.

It has a tab nobody dares touch, a column somebody added in a hurry, and one person who really understands it. It has also kept the business running for years, which is more than most software manages.

How it works

Three steps, about a minute.

01

Drop the file

Drag in the workbook the business actually runs on. It stays on your machine — there is no upload.

02

We read it here

Sheets, formulas, dates, the shape of the thing. All of it happens inside your browser tab.

03

See what you would gain

A plain read of what the file is carrying today, and what could be carrying it for you instead.

What changes

The manual parts stop being manual.

Nothing is taken away and nothing is thrown out. Your spreadsheet keeps working exactly as it does now. The difference is what stops landing on your desk.

  • A daily number, without opening the file
  • Debtors chased automatically
  • One version, not seven
  • It keeps working when someone leaves

Privacy

Your file never leaves your computer.

The Spreadsheet X-ray is code that runs inside your own browser tab. Your workbook is not uploaded, not stored, and never seen by us. The only thing that can cross the network is a short summary — counts and totals — and only if you choose to send it.

Honest pricing

The read is free and always will be. The written report is one payment, no subscription.

Questions

Questions people ask first

Is my spreadsheet uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read by code running inside your own browser tab. It never travels to us, we never store it, and we could not show it to anyone if we wanted to. The only thing that can cross the network is a short summary you choose to send us — counts and totals, never your data.

What kinds of files can it read?

Excel workbooks (.xlsx, .xlsm), older .xls files, and CSVs. Large files are fine; the read happens on your own machine, so the limit is your computer, not our server.

Do I have to stop using my spreadsheet?

No, and we would not suggest it. Your spreadsheet keeps working exactly as it does today. Anything built afterwards sits alongside it and takes over the parts that are costing you time.

Is this an audit? Will it tell me what I did wrong?

No. It is a read, not a verdict. That file got the business to where it is, which is the opposite of a mistake. We show what it is carrying now that it was never built to carry.

Who is it for?

Owners and office managers of businesses with roughly five to eighty people — law firms, medical practices, builders, wholesalers, transport companies — where one spreadsheet has quietly become the system of record.

What does it cost?

The X-ray is free. The written report is a single payment with no subscription. If you would rather take the report and do the work yourself, that is genuinely fine.
